Chicken Porridge


ingredients:


1 whole chicken

3.5 lt of water
150 grams of rice
1 tsp salt

sauce:



2 bay leaves orange

2 stalk lemongrass

Ground spices:



2 tsp coriander, toasted

1 Btr pecans, toasted
2 pcs garlic
1 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt

Complement:



Soy sauce, cakwe thin slices, red chips, fried chips, fried onions and chili


For the sauce:




5 pcs red chilli, boiled

3 pcs chili, boiled


How to make:


Boil chicken with 3.4 liters of water to boil and cooked chicken. Lift, strain the broth and set aside 3 liters. Fried chicken and shredded-shredded.

Cook the rice with a 2.5 liter broth until it becomes mush, lift and set aside.
Make the sauce:
heat oil, saute ground spices, lime leaves, lemongrass until fragrant. Add the remaining broth, cook until boiling, remove from heat.
