Fixings
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms (around 1/2 pounds)
- 1 zucchini, divided the long way and meagerly cut into half-moons
- 3 medium tomatoes, divided and meagerly cut into half-moons
- 2 yellow ringer peppers, meagerly cut
- 1/2 red onion, meagerly cut
- 2 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian flavoring
- Fit salt
- Naturally ground dark pepper
- 1 c. destroyed mozzarella
- Naturally slashed parsley, for enhancement
Bearings
- Preheat stove at 400°. Make cuts in every chicken bosom, being mindful so as not to slice through totally, and stuff with zucchini, tomatoes, chile peppers, and red onion.
- Sprinkle with oil and season with Italian flavoring, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Heat until chicken is cooked through and never again pink inside, 25 minutes.
- Embellishment with parsley before serving.
