- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp (stripped and deveined)
- 10 oz white mushrooms (cut)
- 1/3 container basil pesto
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 container dry white wine (in addition to more if necessary)
- 1/2 container sodium free chicken stock (modify salt if not sodium free)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Pasta:
- 1 teaspoon Italian Flavoring (thyme, oregano, basil - consolidated)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper chips
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- hacked crisp basil
- 10 oz fettuccine pasta (use gluten free for gluten free form)
How to Make:
- Warmth 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a substantial skillet over medium warmth. Place shrimp in a blending bowl and rub in flavoring blend. Blend well to ensure shrimp is covered well. Add to the hot dish and cook for around 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once halfway, until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Expel shrimp from the skillet.
- Include second tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. When the container is hot, include cut mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and cook, blending, until mushrooms discharge fluid and decrease in volume and get delicate, for about a moment or two.
